If you're very keen to get Qt on your RPi, there are articles that describe how to do it:

This one builds Qt on the RPi itself (which is very feasible on a beefy RPi5): https://www.tal.org/tutorials/building-qt-65-raspberry-pi-raspberry-pi-os This one cross-compiles Qt on an Ubuntu host for the RPi: https://wiki.qt.io/Cross-Compile_Qt_6_for_Raspberry_Pi

However, there are many many steps involved, and it can be tedious for newbies. I strongly believe you will have a much more enjoyable experience if you start by learning how to write Qt apps directly on desktop Linux.

It looks like the Qt Design Studio courses for Qt Academy are still under development (https://www.qt.io/academy shows that it's "upcoming"). Qt Academy itself is very new, so I'm not surprised that it doesn't have a wide catalogue yet.

In the meantime, you can get started through the older "Courses" portal: https://www.qt.io/courses
